Abstract
The present work constitutes an illustrated catalog of 9 Cuban type specimens belonging to the
Phyla: Brachiopoda, Bryozoa, Nematoda and Sipuncula. Taxonomic data and original photos of each specimen
are included, with the exception of Aspidosiphon exiguus Edmonds, 1974, which does not have an image. In
addition, part of the information attached to the specimen is shown, such as catalog number, type category,
depository institution and country where it is found, depth, type locality, synonyms, date of collection and the
expedition in which the collection was made. The information available to date has been scattered, so this
compilation constitutes a valuable and practical contribution for future consultations and taxonomic studies.
For this reason, this catalog aims to compile the information associated with the description of 9 Cuban species
belonging to Brachiopods (2), Bryozoans (1), Nematodes (4) and Sipunculids (3), and thus facilitate the search
and consultation of marine science researchers.
